Old/Unread posts
 

Hi,

Having a problem where im getting Old or Unread next to the date and time of a post. Does anyone know where to turn this off? I've looked in absolutely every setting in the admin CP but no joy. Here is a screenie of what I mean:

There is meant to be an image there. Most likely, you have not uploaded the images that are meant to be placed there.

I take it you use FireFox? There should be images there, but in FireFox, when images can't be found, the ToolTip mouseover shows as plain text instead.

You probably don't have the https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2009/01/40.gif and https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2009/01/41.gif images in your custom style folder. (See the images in the same locations as your text in this thread?) They need to be located in the statusicon folder of your styles directory. You can probably find copies in your original vBulletin download files. They're called post_old.gif and post_new.gif respectively and will be found in your images/statusicons folder.
