I'm sure this is something super basic, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the info in a post (location, age, etc) under the avatar instead of in the right corner. Can anyone point me to the right direction? Is it an option? Code modification? Other?

What postbit are you using?

Try switching to the legacy postbit (I think that's what you're after).
vBulletin options, just go to all, and search for legacy.
