Trying to find a mod

I've been trying to find a mod/hack for quite some time now that lets users enter their own personal tag line in the postbit under their username. If someone could please point me in the direction of this it would be helpful :)

Their user title? Usergroup Manager > edit usergroup > Can Use Custom Title > Yes
