WOW.. i needed my magnifying glasses to see it !! Is it for mobile devices ? The only thing i suggest is changing the skin.

It looks nice in general, although I can't rate it based on the style because it's a premade skin/style. The domain itself is pretty nice I'd say, and I do have to congratulate you, every forum has some kind of posts in it, so it doesn't look that empty. However:

1. You need some more stuff. Maybe just some kind of articles on how to avoid being scammed or something, because default forum features don't cut it any more.

2. Your forum title should have some of the words capitalised, and it looks a bit unprofessional otherwise.

I like the idea, I didn't ever been scamed, but good for others.

As for the style layout, I don't like the left align, is pretty hard for the eyes to look on the left side, at least for me.

Also, a good idea for you would be to create a site, with a database that contains such sites, would be helpful :)

strangely, for the idea/concept, there is no need for a forum... open a blog, with wordpress or something alike, so the entire content of your blog will be indexed and digged way more than the forum...

you report forums, and what... you discuss what?! nothing to be discussed. you reported it, people will be able to see the result.
