simple but confused
 

for some reason I cant get avatars to work this time. I believe they are enabled and it shows on profile page but sig picture and avatar dont show in thread or member list. I have managed to get everything else fixed but stumped on the simple stuff

go to acp > vboptions > all settings > press ctrl+f then type avatar

then look at the settings 1 by 1 proly one of em are disable thats y u r not able to see it in the forums.

Try viewing the site with a default style and see if they are there:

Create a new style with no parent - Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style > no parent - then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?
