Activation Error help

Ok, on my site i make it so people have to activate their email everytime they register but when they get the email and they go to the activation link that it provides it says this

Please post both a link to your forum and a link as sent to the user in the welcome email.

PS Most likely your Forum URL is set incorrect in your vB Options.
