One time notice
 

Hello,

Is there a way to show a notice only once to the users that match the criteria? And I don't mean once per session, but once in total? (So unchecking the persistent option won't do the trick.)

If not that should be a new feature in my opinion. I can't imagine that I'm the only one needing this. Because even a non-persistent notice can be very nagging if you have to few it every day.

This mod seems to be some kind of solution, but more in a workaround kind of way:

If you make a notice visible only once then there is a very likely chance that the user would not even see it. No real point in making a notice if that's the case.

Well, I changed the notice look in such a way, that it really stands out. (Red table header instead of our usual blue). So if they don't see it the first time, they probably won't see it the second time either.
