Simply API System [Post,PM,Thread]

Who can do a Symply API System?
A page called.... api.php
that via GET do Posts,PM,Thread
ex:

PM: script.php?action=pm&from_user=1&to_user=10
NEW THREAD script.php?action=3d&title=hello&message=Hi&forumi d=4
NEW POST script.php?action=post&title=answer&message=blabla

It's simply to do...
But I'm not able
