That is custom code, and has not been released. However, you could achieve the same effect by linking images to to different style IDs.

create custom code block for footer, which links to 5 custom css files, for example.

All pretty easy stuff.

Say you have style green.css , blue.css, red.css.
Why not just create one template called greenstyle

Then copy it and re-upload and rename to bluestyle redstyle etc

Then propogate each style with the corresponding css

Then create a custom block for your footer, with references to each style change.
