Looking for a mod that gives users something for how active they are
 

I'm starting an advertising/marketing related forum and I want to give users free advertising for how many posts.

For example, there is a script that loads ads on top of the forum. Each time the user logs in to the forum, they get 100 free views. Each post they post, they get 10 views, etc.

This'll give them an incentive to post more, etc. Is there a mod like this out there? If not, I'd like to help develop this mod.
