Certain forum posts to show in different color when using Today's Posts
 
I have a forum with about 30 different forum areas. When users use the "Today's Posts" link I'd like to show the results with one particular forums posts standing out, IE different colour text or background.

I asked on VBulletin.com and got directed to this thread, unfortunately it doesn't seem applicable for 7.3 which I'm running.

Any help whatsoever is very much appreciated.
