Cant find this mod?
 

im searching for a mod that doesnt allow people to download attachments unless replying to that specific thread or pushing the thank you hack..

I've seen this on many sites and cant seem to find it.

search "thank*" in "all mods" "titles only" gives me this - Can't See Attachments Before Thanking a Post

Probably because you didn't use the wildcard, *, after the word thank. It helps a lot to always add that to the end of a word or partial word.
