Please tell me how to accomplish this mod?
 

I really need to know how to do the same thing as shown in these two pictures.

If you look at the first picture I have circled in red the additional menu options and in the right pane you see the Computer System name and all different hardware component that the users have. All these details are then include in the user signature like in the second picture.

This is one of the most important add-on for my needs. Can you let me know if there is a hack already available or can you gave me full instruction on how to do it?

I have not seen a modification like that. I'm guessing he created a special form for this - created his own table with all those columns and all the information is saved in that table along with the userid. Every time a user edits that info, it's saved in that table and also saved in the sigparsed table. It's not a simple task, but it's doable and pretty straightforward.

That is a custom modification created for that site (AFAIK).
