How can i use animated Avatar in my forum?
 

My VB version is vBulletin 3.6.7 PL1 .

If i wanted to use an avatar such as : http://img1.jurko.net/avatar_1193.gif

How should i do it?

I hear that vb added a "can use animated avatar" permission , however it's no where to be found in my Admin control panel.

Please help, i'm dying to use this function so are my members.

If the avatar is smaller than the maximum size in both pixels and mb then it should load up and animate.

If the animated avatar is larger, and vbulletin has to shrink it to fit then you will loose the animation.

Try uploading it and see

If you go to the usergroup manager and choose the usergroup, then about halfway down you'll see under Picture Uploading Permissions > Can Upload Animated Avatar Make sure you set this to yes
