question before i renew

i was skeptical about renewing because i didn't get very much support on here as far as coding/skinning go's i was wondering if theres a company you can recommend where i can learn this stuff.. i want to learn how to code uncoded skins, for my self and because of the fact that alot of people request services like this where i have to code there uncoded skin so it will work in vbulletin, what coding language dose the templates mostly rely on.. because i have a lynda.com account and i can learn the essentials

also it seems all the good hacks are for previous versions of VB and nothing is updated so it will work on newer versions.... that's why i wan't to learn coding so i can fix them

Support here isn't gaurenteed with your license renewal, this is a site of all voluneteers so any support given/recieved is just out of the kindness from everyone here.

vBulletin template engine using CSS and HTML for 99% of the stuff you probably are interested in. There is a little javascript and no php knowledge is really required for skins.

Coding modifications mostly takes php/xml (depending on complexity) of the modifications. There are tons of great articles (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=184) here for free that can teach you a lot about vBulletin, and the changes that would make a modification stop working

You will need a license before you can start using vB or start using our articles and modifications.

Nope, that will only let you execute PHP code directly in templates which isn't very ideal. You'll want to take advantage of the plugin and hook system that will make life easier and more efficent.
