restricting hyperlinks in posts

I'm currently running version 3.7.0 and would like to restrict certain URL's to websites, forum wide, from being either displayed or turned into a hyperlink within a post. Is it possible to control from the Admin CP?

You could add the URL nto the word filter, making it unpostable (of course there are obvious ways around this, i.e. spacing).
