Choose Staff Wisely
 

Hi, I am here to give you guys some tips! Now one thing that is very important when you own a forum is picking staff. Now if I were you, I wouldn't go about handing out staff jobs because people are your friends or you like them. When picking staff, you should always pick active, nice members that talk to everyone and get a long. Once I had a Mod who thought she could tell the admins what to do. I mean, you can let your mods join in and disscuss it, but they shouldn't be telling admins what to do. Another thing staff shouldn't do is boss people. That same mod told someone that they couldn't use an avatar because she didn't like the band that was in it.

So, the message is, pick your staff carefully.
