How does Scheduled Task Manager work

Hi,

I was checking my Scheduled Task Manager but i don't know how it works

for example the one regarding to minutes, if i set it to 10 ?

Does it mean it will check this task once every 10 min ?

What happen if for example it was set 10 and 55 min ?
What does it mean ?

also what does 00 min means =s

I can't figure how it works
