Hello Members off vBulletin.org

i did run a website a long time ago but i stopped for a year or so. then i started to play ps3 more often then i got into the gaming community's. I wanted to start a site up for a lot off people so they have enjoyment on it and can talk to other people and get to know each other and also it is a glitching & coding website. I did get some members to sing up and some like it but i don't know what i should do to get people to be active and post. it would be really cool off you guys if you can help me out and tell me what i am doing wrong and what i need to add.
