i am trying to find the name of this mod i was googling around and found this site and saw this cool hack which is v gud and annoying for guests lol so please help me find the name of this mod thanks

Looks like you can make one using javascript, i've not seen on before in the mods forum?

if you do a search on "regist*" in "all mods" "titles only", you'll find a few mods with registration pop-ups. I'm sure you can edit one of those to look exactly how you want.
