Text to speech...?

AGH! Dont tell me to google it either... google IS NOT my friend today! LOL

How can I get a secured pdf to work under text to speech? I cant convert it to .lit (ms reader file).

I dont want to rip the file or destroy its copyright, I just want the damn thing to read. I dont even care if its trusty sam reading to me LOL.

Something that reads secured pdf files. ALOUD. TExt to speech!

I have tried 3 different FF plug ins too... no luck.

I should also add that I have tried downloading the top 3 free readers on google search for "pdf text to speech". It wont read... Even when I get it open in the readers window. ITs just an unreadable display.

Here is how I got my Adobe Reader 8.1.2 to read a secure PDF outloud under Windows Vista...

1) Went to Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Ease of Access -> Navigator

2) Adobe Reader opened the Accessibility setup wizard which I went through. When done, it downloaded a small update and installed it.

3) With my secure PDF opened, I choose View -> Read Out Loud -> Activate Read Outloud.

4) Clicked on the paragraph where I wanted it to start reading. CTRL-SHIFT-B will tell it to read the entire document.

Don't know. I have my system setup to use Microsoft Anna as the default but Adobe Reader uses a robotic male voice so its probably built into Reader that way.
