Downloads Permissions Question

Is there a mod available that i can limit the kind of files certain members can download from my forum?

For example:

Non-members cannot download at all
Free members can download basic files
subscribing members can download premium files

try searching "attachments" & "usergroups" and you'll find one if it's around
