Reply direct to top of page?

One of my members, and possibly more are being taken to the top of the page after posting replies rather than being taken to my recent post in a thread.

Anyone know I can resolve this? ideally would like all members to be reloaded to their last post in a thread, like it does for me, than to top of the page.
