.. That miscellaneous forum shouldn't be seen. But he can see it. What's going on?

Check your forum permissions for the "Unregistered Users / Not Logged In" usergroup.

That url looks a little, suspicious. But so does the screenshot, the content overlays the actual window of firefox, maybe a mockup in photoshop?

Looks fake to me too - there's actually a drop shadow on the middle image!
