Allow A Usergroup To Stick and Unstick Threads and No Other Mod Permissions

How do i set up my sponsors user group so they can stick and unstick threads in there own forum ?

This can't be done using the default vbulletin setup. It might be possible via a modification but I did a quick search and there doesn't seem to be a mod to do this. You could make a request in the requests forum.
