How would i go by doing this.

I want to add a image same length of my site.

I have tried placing a image code above the vB copyright stuff in the footer template but nothing.

Edit: The green box you see on bottom of forum on first image is where I am wanting to put it.
Help please.

Just place the image at the very top of the footer template
