Posts are going in a reverse order?
 

Ok, so on this forum I am helping out with, they're posts are going in a reversed order then they should, and so are the threads, I have made sure that the threads are descending but they are still going in a reverse order, I checked through vboptions and still they are going reversed...

Can someone help? Please?

Check under the forum options in the adminCP, and your options in the UserCP, as well as the display options in the forumdisplay.php.

Ok but how can I set it default so that the OP is the first post?

In the forum options from the adminCP there is a drop down for it. You'll have to either do it for all the forums, or use the Execute SQL Query and select the option to have it updated for all forums.

vboptions > User Registration Options > Default Registration Options > Thread Display Mode > Linear - Oldest first

Once registered though, you must change it in under User CP > Edit Options > Thread Display Mode
