I had a 3.6.8 board which I set up to have the tcat collapse row (category strip) on top of the Forum Last Post Threads Posts row - just like this forum is set up.

Well, I am setting up a new forum with 3.7.4 and the templates seem to be different and I am stuck getting this task accomplished...

How can I change those 2 rows?
