Serious Problem - Problem with only Admin Logins

Hi,

Today something is wrong in my website. When a admin tries to log in, a empty page appearing. The other members can log in, they have no problem. As a result I cant log in my website and also admin cp. How can I solve this problem ?

I am using vb 3.6.8

Is the adminCP login the only blank one, or are you trying to login where members login to and getting a blank screen.

Try disabling plugins via the config.php file edit and use a default theme to see if you can access the site that way.

When I try to log in with the normal login like other members, I cant still log in. But other members can enter website without any problem. Also I realised that I cant make any changes in my host.

I suggest contacting your hosting company to get access then to be able to edit the config.php file as you really won't be able to trouble shoot much without being able to edit files, or login.

To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

But How can I disable plugin system ? Because I dont have access to enter also admincp. But I wrote the

Anladığım kadarıyla bu işlem yalnızca sorunu bulmaya aracı olan bir y?ntem. Peki sorun neden kaynaklanıyor olabilir ? Bir fikriniz var mı ? Uzun zamandır siteye herhangi bir plugin eklemedim. Bir anda oluşan bir sorun olduğundan dolayı sorunun kaynağını bulmakta zorlanıyorum.
