Highlight Active url Links
 

Is it possible to highlight active url links.

What i mean by active is that if someone clicks on
a url posted it will take them to that address.

If not active a posted url has to be copied and pasted
in browser so you can use it.

Is there some way active urls in forums be highlighted.

I need something like this any help will be appriciated.
