[HELP] header doubled, stretching on arcade index

Hello. I noticed recently that the header on my arcade index is being doubled up, and the page is stretched slightly breaking the style. Also, and somewhat unrelated, the newest games module is not updating. Here is the link to my arcade: http://www.ikproductions.net/arcade.php
