What is this mod to PM directly on a member name?
 
If you click on the members name in a post, a drop down allows you to send a PM, search etc.

I would like to implement this mod on my site.

That's stock vB. It's not a mod.

Mine goes to the user profile when you click on it. I don't get a drop down. Is there a setting somewhere?
