RSS refresh only?

I am trying to display an RSS feed from a weather buoy from NOAA which updates every 2 hours. I would like to post these buoy threads and have the data refresh on my site every 2 hours as well.

I have set up the feed, and it works for the first retrieval, but then it stays static. I don't want more than one thread with the same buoy information.

I appreciate any help you can offer.

There is a modification which will put all posts from from an rss feed into just one thread so you don't have a zillion new threads from one feed - RSS items as posts
