What is the difference between vBSEO and vBSEO Sitemap Generator ?

Disregard the "vBSEO" on the Sitemap Generator. The Sitemap Generator is made by the company behind vBSEO, and therefore, has the name prefix.

to see the difference between both tools, the simpliest thing is to read both descriptions...

they are doing different things and clearly have different results...
