Looking for 2 mods

I am looking for these 2 mods. If anyone could help me that would be great :D.

1. News ticker at the top of your site that scrolls

2. Make my user group name move left to right. For example, where it says Admin under my username on my site that word Admin would move left to right. Here is an exmaple:
