Restoring Forum on new Domain-Cookie Error!

I moved my forum to a new domain and need to edit the cookie domain. I need to do it from the database backup cause I can't login. Can someone help me by showing me where to edit?

Did you try clearing your cookies in your browser?

Upload tools.php from the do_not_upload directory. Run this file and it will allow you to reset your cookie domain/path.
