Gender modification

I wanted to ask how can you write and if state based on gender. I have a profile field for it already and want the user name colors to change based off of the choice made. I had a mod before but it does not work with 3.7. The mod I had automatically moved the members into the right group.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Did you try posting in the modification thread to see if anyone knows the small change to make to the product to get it to work in 3.7?
