Welcome Message above the Forums ?
 

Hi, me beeing new to vB I would like to ask if there is something to make a WELCOME MESSAGE over the Forums, like for example here (http://ic.totalgamingnetwork.com/forum.php), either if its that WELCOME box or the blinking text box below that. Is that something that is already in vB or is it a Mod ?

I would be thankful for any tips. ;)

Thank you, but is that responsible for both the stuff they have there ? The fancy blinking light, which i think look kinda redicolous ;) but mainly i mean the WELCOME message above with the just text content. Is that also with that Mod ?

if your talking about the "Welcome to the Forums." that comes with every style of vbulletin ;)
if you wanted a better welcome message i'd use:

as for the display, yes it comes with the fancy blinking light, but you can change it to suit your needs, actually it takes awhile to mess with lol.
