RSS feed without image and any bb code tags

Ok, so i have a gaming website based on vBulletin and vBadvanced. I have set up a RSS feed only for my news forum, and it is working good so far.

But, here is an example of the feed that shows.

Quote:

*Far Cry 2*, Ubisoft's popular first-person shooter, is receiving its next...

I would like it not to show stars and the image line. Those are bbcodes for bold or img or anything.

I would like it to show only the plain text. Is that possible?

Oh yes, and is it possible to change the name of the RSS feed from *iG* Forums to *iG* News?

I know of no modifications to remove the image line or bbcode. I think you will have to modify your external.php page in order to do what you want.
