Allow Private Album IMG bbcode Viewing in Posts

I run an adult board so the need to use Private Albums is very necessary but not all of my users are hot on Social Groups and prefer to read threads with pictures. We have "higher level" trusted sub-forums for sharing.

Since standard vBulletin blocks a private album picture from appearing with IMG bbcode in a post if the reader is not a friend of the poster or a moderator I made this simple plugin.

I figured I would share it just in case others ran into this issue.

Permission Overview:
All it does is check if the reader has 'canview' permissions in the forum and then "fools" picture.php into showing the picture.
