Is there a way to censor forum titles?

I would like to implement ads into my forums but fear when a user creates a thread title that could hurt when it comes to advertising.

I think the regular word censor in vboptions > censorship options will censor the titles. If you don't want to do that, you can probably write a plugin to do a word replacement for the title.

Wouldn't that be Thread Titles? To censor a forum title, just go into the adminCP and change the forum name to what you want. I am fairly certain that if a user creates a thread with one of your censored words, it follows the same rules as if they post using a censored word.
