Are you sure that isn't just an RSS feed? Can you post a link to the site you are seeing this on?

All I see on that page is an image of the Rambo poster and a link to the imdb for the movie. I see nothing like in your first post.

I don't think you can. That would require getting information from the imdb database which is something you cannot get.

but i know a website it is using VB 3.6.8.

Well, then ask them how they did it.

I was asking for a link to that website so I can see how they did it. I also asked if you were sure it wasn't just an rss feed posting the info. They have a few rss links and that is one way to be grabbing the info you want from them. The only way you will get it is if they pass it to you. If you look over their site, there are some links to contact them about grabbing info from them. Maybe that is what that website did.
