vb.org Archive - Video Directory Hack

I'm running vBulletin 3.7.3 by the way.

I'm loving these hacks for a video directory like this one:

But, I'm looking for something that will let my members upload their OWN videos..with usergroup permissions so I can set which group is allowed to even view this.

If this could be made or already exists...please let me know..I'd greatly appreciate it.

The only changes I'd like to see is, a link in the navbar for a whole seperate page to upload and the videos don't show up in posts.
