How can I keep original thread at top

Would like to know if it is possible to display the original thread at the top of each page when the posts spill over to multiple pages.

Could someone direct me in the way of a MOD for this?

Doesn't it stay at the top of each page if you sticky it? If not I'm sure there's an option in acp>vbulletin options for this.
