User Profile Problem

1 Attachment(s)
Hey guys, I'm having a problem with my user profiles...Now..I searched for a few page but couldn't find anything..so I apologize if this is a duplicate post.

However...on my site, very little information displays in user profiles...

I attached a screen shot.

Before anyone asks, yes, I have mods installed & some template mods..however, I cannot remember which templates may have the cause in it. Any ideas?

Thanks.

What else do you think is supposed to show up on there that isn't?

Contact information, user notes, additional information..All of that is filled in, none of it displays.

Try disabling your plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

PHP Code:

define('DISABLE_HOOKS'true);

If so, try reuploading the member.php file (make sure it's a totally default one).

Create a new style with no parent - Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style > no parent - then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

Hello.
Thank you, I tried all three steps and none of them worked.
I do know that earlier today it DID work..so it must have been something I did between then, which is about 30 mods.

Turning off your plugins didn't fix it? Then delete any files you uploaded for the modifications and also put back the default php files that you had. And, of course, continue to view the site using the default style (since those templates aren't modified).

*edit*
I looked through my MEMBERINFO template, viewed the default, copied that back into it and it works now.
I think it is because I updated my board and somehow the profiles failed to update.

However..the styles still don't change. Which isn't a problem anyway because we only use one style.

Thanks!
