Problem with RSS
Ok, I have this website. www.digitalmancave.com. Look on the home page, I have a section their called "Man Forums" under it, I show the latest forum posts.
Ok, earlier today I setup a new rss feed, to show just a specific forum category. When setting up a new rss feed you are required to input a user name. But now, In the latest Forum posts on my home page, now it only shows posts with my username. Anyone know what caused this, is this is a glitch with vbulletin? Thanks for any help! |
When you set up an RSS feed, you need to input some username for it to post under. I make a new user to post all my rss feed stuff - RSS Posterbot. You have to pick some name for the threads to appear under.

Same problem, I made a new user called RSS Feeds. And now on my homepage it shows RSS Feeds at my latest forum posts. Anyway to undo that or get around it?

I don't know what "Latest forum posts" you are talking about. Is that a Mod? If so, just change the query to not include that forum in the latest posts. Or to not include that userid. If you need support on a modification or help changing it, you should be posting in the modification thread.
