Change search description and link on google search

How do you change the description of your website that appears when you search it on google, and how do you change the page on your site to which the search engine takes you to?

You can change the description that is showed through the "Meta Description" setting inside vBulletin Options. As for what links show up - that is determined by the SE itself.
