250 x 300 ad space

Hi - I've looked for around for posts on placing a 250 x 300 ad space in the upper right corner, and can't seem to find anything. Can someone point me in the right direction or give me a link?

Do you want them in posts, or just the upper right corner of your page? Need more info.
