Mass mail to users from admincp with out the server loading. ? need help.. plzz

we got like 8000 memebrs in our site
and we would like to send site updates to our members regularly

is there any way to do that? with out loading the server

i was using the option.. in the admin cp > Users> Send Email To Users , option for this
but our server suspeneded our account and warned us..
after a big appeal they unsuspended it but warned us not to repeat it again :(
It is really important for us to sent updates..

is there any others mods available ...........

I really need help with this

The only way to do it is via throttling the emails it sends out.

You'll probably have to get a modification for it, the only one i know that has throttling built in is the EZ Newsletter from http://cpurigs.com
