But i don't know what to call them.

On many websites now you have a Javascript slideshow on the frontpage which changes pictures every few seconds. If you click a picture it takes you to that article/thread. I'd like it to be Java and not Flash, and work with VBAdvanced. Something like this site would be great with thumbnails of the other pictures as well:

It's the actual main conent, i suppose you could call it a news module. You have 5 of the latesy stories and a picture appears which you click and it takes you to that story, but it automatically cycles through the pictures.

That's a wordpress style/mod, I think. Similar to http://www.prisonplanet.com/

You are probably best off checking through wordpress styles. I actually had it working on one style when I tried the vb/wp bridge but have no idea where I found it. It's pretty common though and shouldn't be too hard to find/amend.
